Within the last three yearsnI have had the occasion to recommend, then contract for services in real estate and recommend Beth again. In each case where someone followed up with coordinating a sale or buying a property , they reported back in a favorable manner, as is no surprise to me. in a more complete review, as you know I was a co-executor of an estate of my uncle who left a small estate that had included a one bedroom house in Greenport, just outside of Hudson. Of note, the sale was complicated by a recalcitrant co-executor and a "family" lawyer who were both a bit of a pair to work with. In addition, my uncle's estate and property had a lien for nursing home services. Without a lot more detail, I am happy to report Beth was resolute in furthering all matters along as deadlines loomed, chasing down all the people and details to keep the process running smoothly with a lot less stress for me than it would have been had I relied on anyone else. Beth's perseverance and positive attitude "we will get it done" were a calming influence when many of the parties were dropping the ball from time to time. For this and many reasons, I am happy to recommend Beth for any real estate service someone needs. I have no doubt that every client gets her attention to detail in making their needs addressed.

Over the past 4 years Beth has helped me through 3 very different Real Estate transactions. The first was most difficult as I had to sell the house I grew up in after both of my parents passed away. My sister and I tried to do it by ourselves initially, but quickly realized how much work was involved so we asked Beth if she would represent us and market the house for us.
